About the Online Group: Online Lubricants is an award winning and fast-growing organisation with over 50 employees and 4 depots across London and the South East. We’ve been established for over 27 years and are looking to continue to grow rapidly in the next few years. The company has begun to diversify and branch out into eCommerce and EV charging. This is a pivotal role in the company’s growth plan and will require a marketing guru with exceptional knowledge of digital marketing to join our exciting company.


  • Develop marketing strategies for the Online Group; eCommerce, Lubricants and EV Charging
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, this role will also be responsible for managing a team of 2
  • Lead the digital marketing team in developing creative online content for all groups
  • Oversee external and internal communications
  • Optimisation of key marketing channels for the Online Group
  • Increase Online’s digital presence  
  • Work closely with the sales team to run various campaigns and promotions throughout the year
  • Increase eCommerce sales through Shopify, eBay and Amazon

Experience / Qualifications

  • 2-3 years’ experience in marketing with an in depth understanding of Digital Marketing
  • Experience in developing marketing strategies
  • Experience of working in the eCommerce sector – desirable
  • Experience in working with HubSpot – desirable
  • Knowledge of SEO, Analytics and Google AdWords
  • Marketing degree / qualifications
  • Must have excellent communication skills
